Vista & Windows 7 Run As ozelligi ekleme

Eger sizlerinde bir sistem yoneticisi olarak Vista veya Windows7 da Run As'in kirk yildir alistigimiz gibi shift+sag tusla ulasilamiyor olunmasi, shortcut yaratilmasi vs gibi tavsiye ve yontemlere muhtac kalmis olmamiz dislerinizi gicirtmaniza sebep oluyor olsa gerekki su an burayi okuyorsunuz. Bende bu ozelligin olmamasinin bu kadar gerginlik yaratmasindaki sebep aslinda sadece bunun oceki surumlerde varolmasi, cok basit arac oldugu kadar faydali olmasi, zaten Shift le basinca opsiyonel gelen bir ozellik olmasi ve neden cikartildigina akil erdiremem yatiyor sanirim. Az once Windows 7 kurdum onda da Run As kullanmam gerekti bu ozelligin kalktigini unuttum , farkedince de bu yaziyi yazmaya basladim, rahatlarim diye :).

Neyse Mark Russinovich i bilirsiniz hani cok kullandigimiz SysInternals araclarinin yazari, hatta MS bu firmayi bunyesine Mark'i da kadrosuna katti, sagolsun kendiside sanirim bu durumdam muzdarip, Shell Runas adinda dogal olarak minicik bir eklenti yapmis, bu eklenti sayesinde Run as Different User ozelligine kavusuyoruz kolayca. (Neden bu ufacik seyi Microsoft opsiyonel yayinlamak yerine, sisteme geri koymuyor anlamis degilim.)

Bazi bilgisayarlarin WSUS dan guncelleme cekememesi

Bazi bilgisayarlarinizin WSUS 3.0 dan guncelleme cekememesinin sebebi bilgisayarin Office 2003 bilesenlerine veya Office 2003 e sahip olmasindan kaynakli olabilir.

Microsoft'un http://support.microsoft.com/kb/954960 sayfasinda belirtilen problem WSUS 3.0 ve 3.0 Service Pack 1 urunlerini etkilesede , bazi durumlarda asagidaki urunlerinde etkilenebildigi belirtilmekte.

• Windows Small Business Server 2003 (Windows SBS) uzerinde WSUS 2.0 da WSUS 3.0 a yukseltme yapildi ise
• System Center Essentials 2007
• System Center Configuration Manager 2007

Problemin kaynaginda Office 2003 Service Pack 1 deki bir guncellemenin WSUS 3.0 sunucularla enkronize sorunlari yaratmasi yattigi belirtiliyor. Sorundan etkilenen istemcilerin WSUS sunucular ile haberlesirken sorun yasamasi, onayli guncellemeri isleyememesi bunun sonucu olarakta istemcinin ihtiyaci olan guncellemeleri algilayamamasina yol aciyor.

Problemin cozumu icin ayni makale ile birlikte yayinlanmis yamayi WSUS 3.0 sunucunuza yuklemeniz gerekmekte.

Install MSDE on Windows for WSUS

If you need a database to use with WSUS 2.0 and do not have Microsoft SQL Server 2000, you should install Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Desktop Engine (MSDE) before running WSUS Setup.

First, download and expand the MSDE archive to a folder on your WSUS server.

To expand the MSDE archive file
1. Double-click the MSDE archive (MSDE2000a.exe).
2. Read the license agreement and click I Agree if you agree.
3. In the Installation Folder box, type a path, and then click Finish. For example, type C:MSDE2000. The MSDE archive extracts files to the installation folder you write.


We will use command prompt and command-line options to setup MSDE with sa password and instance name parameters.

At the command prompt, change directory to MSDE installation folder you have specified in Step 3 above.

Type setup sapwd="password" instancename="WSUS" and run, don't forget to specify a complex password for your security.

Now verify that the WSUS instance of MSDE installed

Click Start, and then click Run, In the Open box, type services.msc, and then click OK. or open services from Administrative Tools and check if you can see the service MSSQL$WSUS.


Updating MSDE is strongly recommended prior to start using, and there is a cumulative security patch for SQL server we can use.

Run the patch setup file and select WSUS Instance and Windows Authentication options when it asks.

WSUS icin Windows'a MSDE kurulumu

Eger Windows sunucunuzda WSUS 2.0 kurulumu icin kullanabileceginiz Microsoft SQL Server 2000 yok ise, WSUS Kurulumuna baslamadan once Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Desktop Engine (MSDE) kurmalisiniz. Bu yazida adim adim nasil MSDE kurabileceginizi bulabilirsiniz. Oncelikle MSDE kurulum dosyasini bilgisayariniza indirmelisiniz. Bunun icin http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=35713 adresinden MSDE2000A.exe dosyasini indirebilirsiniz. Indirdikten sonra
1. MSDE2000a.exe yi cift tiklayiniz
2. Lisans anlasmasini okuyup, sizin icin uygun ise kabul ediniz.
3. Kurulum klasoru kismina C:MSDE2000 gibi bir klasor adi yaziniz, arsiv bu klasore acilacaktir.


MSDE kurulumunu komut satirindan sa kullanicisinin sifresini, WSUS icin ozel bir MSDE tanimlamasida belirterek yapacagiz ve daha sonra servisin calisip calismadigini kontrol edecegiz. Komut satiti acip, yukarida 3. adimda verdiginiz klasore gidiniz. setup sapwd="sasifresi" instancename="WSUS" yazini ve calistiriz, sa sifrenizin tahmin edilmesi zor karmasik bir sifre olmasina dikkat ediniz. Komutu calistirdiginizda MSDE kurulacaktir. Simdi kurulumun basarili olup olmadigini kontrol edelim, bunun icin Run/Baslat komut kutusunu acip services.msc yazip calistiriniz yada Administrative Tools>Services i. Gelecek olan Windows servisleri listesinde MSSQL$WSUS servisini goruyor olmaniz gerekir.


Bu asamada ise MSDE ye toplu bir guvenlik yamasi yukleyecegiz, bu adimi atlamamanizi tavsiye ederim, http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=37271 adresindeki guvenlik yamasini indiriniz; SQL2000-KB815495-8.00.0818-ENU.exe adinda bir dosya inecektir.
